Job description

Bank of London is one of only six UK clearing banks with direct access to the country's payment systems. Built on modern, cloud-native technology, we provide businesses with secure, API-driven banking that's fast, compliant, and built for growth. Our role is simple: help ambitious businesses turn their plans into reality by removing barriers and simplifying complexity. If you want to work where technology meets banking, where security comes first, and where your work directly enables business ambition, you're in the right place.

Office Location: London | Hybrid (3 days in office per week) We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Take ownership instinctively: when you encounter a problem, your first response is to seek a solution, not identify blame.
  • Are comfortable with competing priorities and the lack of structure that comes with working in an early-stage business.
  • Hold yourself to the highest standards of integrity and honesty, building a reputation as someone who is empathetic, trustworthy and knowledgeable.
  • Are positive contributors to team and workplace culture, actively seeking ways to help others and to build strong and authentic relationships.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, always looking to understand the bigger picture and improve how things are done.
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments, adapting quickly and constructively to change.
  • Communicate with clarity and empathy and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Comfortable with content switching, from talking about APIs or payment scheme rules one moment to internal risk & controls or agile methodology the next.
  • Are hands-on and able to get stuck into the detail of complex problems.
  • Joining the dots, you’ll work with colleagues from across all parts of the bank to drive the delivery of change initiatives, including new product launches or projects within our transformation programme.
  • Translate regulatory, technological, and strategic requirements into actionable product and process changes. Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and readiness reviews.
  • Lead the shaping of detailed business requirements, user stories and business readiness criteria to support product delivery and change projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, risk, and customer service to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budget. Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication on change impacts, benefits, and risks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
