CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Coordinates day one readiness activities across functional areas including Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Credentialing, helping ensure that operational continuity, employee communications, systems access, and regulatory requirements are confirmed and ready prior to and at the time of legal close.

3. Facilitates integration governance meetings, workstream syncs, and stakeholder briefings by preparing agendas, capturing decisions and action items, distributing follow-up communications, and tracking accountability to ensure commitments made in governance forums translate into action across teams.

4. Maintains program management infrastructure for active engagements including status reports, risk and issue logs, dependency maps, and decision registers, ensuring that information is current, accurate, and presented in a format that supports timely decision-making by team leadership and executive leadership.

5. Monitors integration progress across workstreams and surfaces emerging risks, dis-synergies, delays, or stakeholder concerns in a timely manner, providing clear context and initial assessment to support rapid problem resolution and escalation where needed.

6. Supports separation and divestiture activities by coordinating the tracking and execution of separation workstreams as directed, including Transition Service Agreement (TSA) monitoring, operational cutover coordination, and separation milestone reporting.

7. Serves as an accessible operational point of contact for functional workstream leads and acquired entity representatives during active engagements, maintaining consistent communication, clarifying integration expectations, and helping resolve day-to-day coordination challenges that arise across teams.

8. Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise Integration & Separation Playbook, standard templates, onboarding checklists, and reusable work products by incorporating observations and lessons learned from active engagements to strengthen repeatability and efficiency across future transactions

9. Supports the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of integration management capabilities within ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms, helping ensure that tools and tracking systems reflect current playbook standards and provide leadership with reliable visibility into integration portfolio status and performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
