Das Aufgabengebiet

* Erstellung von Lieferpapieren sowie Zolldokumenten

* Verantwortung für die zeitgerechte Auslieferung unserer Produkte

* Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Speditionen

* Ausarbeitung von Kennzahlen und Führen von Statistiken für den Bereich Distribution

* Abstimmung mit internen vor- und nachgelagerten Bereichen

* Generelle administrative Tätigkeiten

Das Profil

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskauffrau/-mann

* Erste Berufserfahrung in der Spedition von Vorteil oder gerne auch direkt nach der Matura

* Korrespondenzfähige Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie solides Englisch

* Sehr gute MS-Office- sowie ERP-Kenntnisse (SAP von Vorteil)

* Konstruktiver Umgang mit Kunden und der Kollegenschaft

* Gestandene Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Engagierter, selbstständiger Arbeitsstil mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz
