Join a Winning Team and Lead our Sales Department!

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Ford dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to build a strong team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
  • Monitor and manage sales department goals, KPIs, and performance
  • Work with salespeople on desking deals, negotiations, and closing customers
  • Maintain a strong focus on CSI and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and communicate goals and expectations
  • Manage inventory and ensure vehicles are properly merchandised and presented
  • Work closely with F&I, Service, and Parts departments to maximize dealership profitability
  • Monitor sales processes and ensure company and Ford policies are followed
  • Help create a positive, competitive, and team-oriented environment
  • Lead by example and hold the sales team accountable
  • Assist the General Manager and dealership leadership with sales strategies and objectives

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous automotive sales management experience
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • A passion for developing and motivating people
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • A strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
