--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Risk Officer --- Risk Officer ============ Dans le cadre de son développement, la Banque du Léman recherche un ou une \\Risk Officer à 100%.\\ Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Risques, vous renforcerez l'équipe existante en amenant vos compétences et votre expérience. Vos principales missions : \* Risques financiers \\- risques liés à la gestion du bilan : Contrôler la conformité aux prescriptions légales en matière de fonds propres, liquidités et gestion du risque de taux ; \* Réaliser les tests de résistances et d'analyses de scénarios dans les conditions commerciales défavorables ; \* Risques de crédit : Evaluer le niveau de risque du portefeuille de crédits ; \* Analyse de risques des dossiers de crédit hypothécaires et crédits aux entreprises ; \* Risques opérationnels : Contribuer à mettre en place des systèmes et procédures permettant de garantir l'efficience et l'intégrité des processus ; \* Cyber risque et risques informatiques \* Gestion rapide et directe des situations problématiques et formation, sensibilisation des acteurs de la première ligne de contrôle ; \* Contrôler le niveau de tolérance au risque et des limites posées en matière de risques définies dans la politique de gestion des risques à l'échelle de l'établissement (suivi des indicateurs) ; \* Etablir les rapports trimestriels de risques ; \* Etablir les directives liées à son domaine activité. Ce que nous recherchons : \* Diplômé(e) d'un Bachelor ou d'un Master ; \* Expérience de 3 ans minimum en poste similaire ou en audit bancaire (Big 4\\) ; \* Une bonne compréhension des risques dans le domaine bancaire ; \* Excellente maitrise des outils bureautique (Excel, PowerBi notamment) ainsi qu'avec les outils bancaires (Finnova, un plus) ; \* Une grande capacité d'adaptation et d'apprentissage ; \* D'excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et rédactionnelles ; \* Un grand sens de la rigueur ; \* Un excellent sens relationnel et esprit d'équipe avec une forte capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ; \* Maitrise du français, l'allemand étant un plus.
