Qu'est\-ce qui vous attend?

  • Garantie d'un conseil complet et conforme aux besoins du client concernant les opérations avec la clientèle Entreprises compte tenu du cadre stratégique et réglementaire ainsi que des objectifs de la Banque.
  • Etablissement de propositions de solution personnalisées pour toute l'offre de conseil et de service de la Banque Raiffeisen concernant les opérations avec la clientèle Entreprises en tenant compte des besoins spécifiques du client.
  • Cross\-selling actif et transmission des questions techniques supplémentaires de la clientèle Entreprises au conseiller compétent.
  • Fidélisation des clients actuels et identification et exploitation du potentiel client au moyen d'une prise en charge active et continue du portefeuille de clients propre.
  • Elargissement de la base de clientèle existante au moyen de l'acquisition ciblée de nouveaux clients.
  • Collaboration à la mise en œuvre de mesures de prospection du marché adaptées au groupe cible et accomplissement de tâches de représentation.

Qu'apportez\-vous?

  • Formation supérieure et expérience de plusieurs années dans le conseil clientèle entreprises
  • Mode de pensée fortement orienté clientèle et axé réseautage
  • Expérience dans l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Esprit entrepreneurial développé
  • Connaissance du marché du Sud Fribourgeois
  • Connaissances en gestion de promotions immobilières est un atout
