Recibir, procesar y contabilizar los pagos de los clientes, brindando un servicio de calidad y contribuyendo a la satisfacción de los clientes y al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

Funciones

  • Recibir y procesar los pagos de los clientes, ya sea en efectivo, con tarjeta de crédito o débito, o con cheque.
  • Atender quejas y reclamos de los clientes de Banrural.
  • Realizar transacciones bancarias para los clientes, como depósitos, retiros, transferencias y pagos de facturas.
  • Registrar los pagos de los clientes en el sistema de contabilidad del banco

Formación Académica

  • Graduado de Educación Media
  • Pasante Universitario: Administración / Finanzas / Contabilidad

Experiencia Requerida

  • 1 a 2 años en Caja /Servicio al cliente
