Formación Académica:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, Contaduría Pública, o carreras afines.
  • Deseable Maestría en Finanzas, Gestión de Riesgos, Administración de Negocios o áreas relacionadas.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  1. Supervisar la administración integral de la cartera de préstamos del banco, incluyendo los créditos vigentes, en mora, reestructurados y castigados, garantizando su adecuada clasificación, seguimiento y recuperación conforme a las políticas internas y regulaciones aplicables.
  2. Garantizar el cuadre contable de los saldos de cartera con los auxiliares correspondientes, asegurando la correcta conciliación de las cuentas involucradas (capital, intereses, seguros, comisiones, provisiones, entre otras), en coordinación con el área contable.
  3. Velar por la debida custodia y resguardo de los documentos legales y contractuales que respaldan los préstamos, asegurando su integridad, trazabilidad y disponibilidad cuando se requieran.
  4. Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo relacionado con la gestión de cartera, de acuerdo con las disposiciones emitidas por la Comisión Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS), normas contables aplicables (NIIF) y políticas internas del banco.
  5. Participar activamente en la definición y revisión de políticas de crédito y productos financieros.
  6. Evaluar, estandarizar y optimizar los procesos operativos.
  7. Coordinar auditorías internas o externas en lo relacionado a cartera.

Experiencia Laboral:

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en instituciones financieras o bancarias.
  • Al menos 3 años en puestos de supervisión o jefatura en áreas de Prestamos o Administración de Cartera, crédito, análisis de cartera o administración financiera.
  • Conocimiento del marco regulatorio hondureño aplicable a la gestión crediticia (CNBS, Banco Central de Honduras, Banhprovi, Rap, etc.).

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Técnicas de análisis de riesgo crediticio.
  • Modelos de clasificación y seguimiento de cartera.
  • Normativas de la Comisión Nacional de Bancos y Seguros (CNBS).
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y sistemas de gestión bancaria (Core bancario).
  • Reportería financiera y gestión de indicadores de cartera (mora, cobertura, castigo, provisiones, etc.).
  • Normas NIIF relacionadas con cartera y provisiones

Habilidades y Competencias:

  • Liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar equipos interdisciplinarios.
  • Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.
  • Comunicación efectiva, tanto oral como escrita.
  • Toma de decisiones estratégicas y resolución de problemas.
  • Organización y capacidad de planificación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir metas mensuales/trimestrales.
  • Ética profesional y alto sentido de responsabilidad.
