Service Administration & Financial Control

  • Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies, credit requests, and job variances
  • Maintain accurate service records in simPro

Quotes & Work in Progress (WIP) Management

  • Proactively follow up internally on delays preventing invoicing or job completion
  • Ensure all required documentation (job cards, service reports, approvals) is received prior to invoicing
  • Assist in identifying aged WIP and support corrective action

Internal Support

  • Provide regular updates and reporting on invoicing status, work in progress, quote follow‑up and job closure
  • Support branches and national teams with accurate service administration data and insights
  • Work closely with Service Schedulers, Technicians and Management to resolve service administration issues that impact job completion or billing

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
