Haben Sie Freude an Farben und möchten Sie im Bereich Farbenentwicklung in einem kreativen Team mitwirken und aktiv zum Erfolg der Firma beitragen? Dann suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2026 Sie als:

Lacktechniker (m/w), Lacklaborant (m/w) oder Chemielaborant (m/w)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

+ Entwicklung neuer und Optimierung bestehender Produkte inkl. Analytik und Anwendungstechnik + Qualitätskontrolle von Rohstoffen, Halbfabrikaten und Fertigprodukten + Durchführung von Laboransätzen und Betreuung des Up\-Scale vom Labor\- zum Produktionsmassstab + Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Rezepturen und Tests + Evaluation, Prüfung und Bewertung von neuen Rohstoffen + Dialog mit Rohstofflieferanten inkl. Unterstützung des Einkaufs + Erstellung von Sicherheitsdatenblättern, gesetzliche Konformität länderspezifisch sicherstellen + Farbtoneinstellung und Rezepturanpassung gemäss Kundenwünschen + Technische Kundenberatung

Unsere Andorderungen:

+ Ausbildung als Lacktechniker (m/w), Lacklaborant (m/w) oder Chemielaborant (m/w) + Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Qualitätskontrolle von wässrigen Farbsystemen + Ausgewiesene Kenntnisse der MS Office\-Anwendungen und Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen + Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift + Analytisches und vernetztes Denken, technisches Verständnis und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein + Freude, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
