¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• En colaboración con el/la Jefe/a de departamento, supervisar diariamente el planning de reservas de habitaciones a corto, medio y largo plazo, informes de ocupación y estadísticas, así como la lista de “no llegados”, clientes VIP, etc.• Comprobar los Rooming List de los grupos, asignación de habitaciones y cambios.• Atender, registrar y asignar habitaciones personalmente a clientes cuando es necesario.• Atender y dar respuesta personalmente a reclamaciones de los clientes durante la estancia o post-estancia, informando de las mismas a los departamentos afectados.

• Colaborar y Supervisar la Operativa del Front.

• Colaborar en la confeccion del Calendario de Turnos semanales.• Proponer al/a la Jefe/a de Departamento las mejoras que estime oportunas.• Colaborar con el/la Jefe/a de Recepción y la dirección en la política de tarifas de habitaciones.

• Facturacion de AAVV

• Control de cupos y ventas online.

• Control de Arqueo de caja y volcado al SAP.

• Atender a las peticiones de la administracion para corregir errores en facturación o cobros

• Gestionar los disputes de facturación de AAVV

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Grado en Turismo, ADE o similar. Ciclo Formativo Superior Hostelería.• Experiencia: mínima de 2 año en puesto de 2º Jefe/a de recepcion.•Idiomas: inglés avanzado, francés Medio-Alto , alemán Medio-Alto.

• Se valorarán conocimientos en: FIN-HOTEL - QUOHOTEL .SAP

• Experiencia en Factuacion de AAVV y gestion de reservas en extranet

• Experiencia en control de cupos y gestion de OVERBOOKING.

• Gestionar los disputes de facturacion de AAVV.

• Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.• Orientación al cliente.• Trabajo en equipo.• Capacidad de planificación y organización.• Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.• Capacidad de gestionar equipos de trabajo.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos : Mañana - Tarde , algunas Noches en caso de sustitucion puntual del Night Audit.

• Se valorará positivamente la incorporación inmediata.

• NO se ofrece alojamiento .

• Contrato de sustitucion de larga duracion con posibilidad de pasar a plantilla al terminar la sustitucion.
