Position: Support Services Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Location: United States Schedule: Flexible, approximately 5–8 hours per day.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Support Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support while helping maintain efficient daily business activities.

This is a fully remote opportunity suitable for individuals who have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and general operational support to the management team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with routine service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and business documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and business activities.
  • Organize and manage incoming correspondence, emails, and other communications.
  • Perform data entry, document preparation, and information management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
