What You’ll Do
- This role offers hands-on work with overhead cranes, hoists, and industrial lifting equipment. In this position, you will:
- Service, repair, install, and upgrade overhead cranes and hoists
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical and mechanical crane systems
- Install and repair variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, radio controls, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
- Diagnose and repair motors, controls, and mechanical components
- Complete service work at customer facilities with a focus on safety and quality
- Communicate with customers and team members to provide effective solutions
- Work independently while supporting the "One TEAM" culture

What You Bring
We’re looking for mechanics who are hands-on, dependable, and ready to solve problems.
Required:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and motor control systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Electrical and motor controls experience
- Experience with VFDs, PLCs, and radio control systems
- Overhead crane maintenance and repair experience
- 3+ years of crane maintenance experience preferred, but not required
- Industrial maintenance, automation, or heavy equipment background
Additional Expectations:
- Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field work
Work Environment
- Full-time, permanent position
- Primarily field-based work servicing customer equipment
