  • Maintain accurate safety logs, inspection checklists, and compliance reports for leadership and client review.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for emergency response coordination for assigned project(s).
  • Provide daily compliance and safety updates to Barnhart project management and customer representatives.
  • Participate in planning and coordination meetings, ensuring safety requirements are integrated into all work sequences.
  • Coach and mentor field supervisors and craft labor on project-specific safety best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, crane safety, and rigging operations.
  • Proven ability to enforce compliance and support safety programs effectively within project scope.
  • Current OSHA 30-hour certification.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing projects.
  • Familiarity with engineered heavy lift and logistics safety practices.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, CHST, or equivalent.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
