Omfattning: Heltid, 100 % på kontoret.

Arbetstider: Vardagar kl. 09.00-18.00 och helgarbete kan förekomma 1 gång i månaden

Lön: 22 655 kr/månad

Vi söker nu flera kundservicemedarbetare till vår kund med kollektivavtal Malmö med start i november. Detta är en perfekt möjlighet för dig som vill bygga erfarenhet inom kundservice, support och kommunikation. Om tjänsten I rollen som kundservicemedarbetare är ditt huvudsakliga fokus att ge kunderna bästa möjliga service och hjälpa dem att hitta lösningar utifrån deras behov. Du kommer främst att hantera inkommande kontakter från privatkunder via telefon, men efter hand även arbeta med frågor som kommer in via mejl och chatt. Du kommer också att arbeta med teknisk support och felsökning samt administrativa uppgifter kopplade till kundärendena. För att du ska få de bästa förutsättningarna att lyckas erbjuds du en grundlig onboarding och sedan löpande vidareutbildningar. Arbetsuppgifter

Besvara inkommande samtal från privatkunder

Ge professionell service och vägledning

Felsöka och ge teknisk support

Hantera kundärenden via mejl och chatt

Utföra administrativa uppgifter kopplade till kundkontakter

Dokumentera och följa upp kundärenden

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för service och tycker om att hjälpa människor. Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice är meriterande, men inget krav. Det viktigaste för oss är din personlighet, ditt engagemang och din vilja att lära. Du trivs i en miljö där tempot stundtals är högt och där du får använda både din kommunikativa och problemlösande förmåga. Vi tror att du:

Har ett positivt servicetänk och ett professionellt bemötande

Tycker om att kommunicera med olika typer av människor

Är lösningsorienterad och gillar att hitta svar på frågor

Har ett tekniskt intresse och lätt för att lära dig nya system

Talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska

Har goda kunskaper i engelska
