Le Casino de Blotzheim recherche un commis de cuisine H/F

Au cœur de la région des Trois Pays, le Casino Barrière de Blotzheim est un complexe multi loisirs de

150 salariés composé d'un casino, d'une salle de spectacle et d’un restaurant / bar. Il attire chaque année des milliers de visiteurs venus vivre des moments uniques.

Le Blot'z Café, est notre restaurant bistronomique qui accueil en moyenne 100 couverts en semaine et 250 le week-end. Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité du Directeur restauration en collaboration avec une équipe de 15 personnes.

Description du poste

VOS MISSIONS SERONT...

• Produire des préparations dans le respect des fiches techniques

• S'assurer de la propreté de son environnement et de son poste de travail

• Appliquer les règles en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité (normes HACCP, procédures groupe Barrière)

• Participer aux conditionnements et le rangement des produits dans les chambres froides et dans les congélateurs

• Assurer les conditions de sortie de poste (transmissions des consignes au shift suivant, nettoyage du poste)

• Alerter sur la non-conformité éventuelle des produits

Statut employé ; salaire mensuel hors prime de 1867,02€. Prise de poste dès que possible. Horaire principalement en continu, variant rythme de matin et rythme d'après-midi.

Qualifications

PROFIL

Vous maniez le couteau à la perfection et avez le goût des choses bien faites ? Vous avez une première expérience réussite sur le même type de poste ? Vous êtes sûrement le talent que nous recherchons !

Formation CAP ou équivalent demandée.
