Idéalement situé au cœur de Cannes, à proximité immédiate des boutiques de luxe, de la légendaire Croisette et des attractions culturelles, l’Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion Cannes offre des prestations luxueuses à sa clientèle à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles. L’établissement propose 200 chambres et suites, un restaurant et un bar apprécié pour son ambiance cosy.

Description du poste

Sous la supervision du Responsable du Bar de l’Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion, vous serez chargé(e) de préparer et de servir des boissons, d’assurer le bon déroulement du service, et de contribuer à la satisfaction de la clientèle grâce à un service attentif et personnalisé.

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS SERONT

  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur les boissons, cocktails, et autres produits du bar.
  • Servir et desservir les clients
  • Préparer les boissons selon les recettes de la carte et les fiches techniques en vigueur
  • Assurer la mise en place, le nettoyage, et la bonne tenue du bar avant, pendant, et après le service.
  • Effectuer le réassort des consommables
  • Veiller à créer une ambiance conviviale et à fidéliser la clientèle.

Qualifications

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes un véritable virtuose du plateau et vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’art des cocktails aux saveurs variées et raffinées. Vos principales qualités sont votre rigueur, votre discrétion, sens de l'écoute et votre esprit d'équipe et de service.

Vous savez rester professionnel en toute circonstance, avec un comportement attentif et respectueux des clients et de vos collègues.
