Job Description

Operador (a)- Proceso CIL

Barrick se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Operador (a)- Proceso CIL para integrarse al equipo de Procesos. Esta persona será responsable de Gestionar la operación segura, eficiente y confiable del circuito de lixiviación. Estará involucrado hasta la construcción final y participará en la puesta en marcha y arranque de los circuitos.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Seguir los procedimientos de tarea de trabajo seguro que aseguren la operación segura y eficiente de los circuitos de CIL/Refinería.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento ambiental según esté relacionado con los derrames y regulaciones de emisión de aire.
  • Realizar una evaluación diaria de riesgos de cada tarea asignada, inspección del lugar de trabajo y equipo con el objetivo de un ambiente de trabajo seguro para usted mismo y para los compañeros de trabajo.
  • Proporcionar información a la supervisión y sus colegas.
  • Ser parte del equipo de puesta en marcha, asistir en las actividades de pre-operación y operar los circuitos con relación al arranque de la planta.
  • Asistir en la implementación de procedimientos operacionales y adquirir conocimiento profundo de la operación y el equipo relacionado, esto a través de entrenamiento.
  • Crear y mantener altos estándares de trabajo, en el lugar de trabajo y de limpieza.
  • Poder mantener reportes de operación excelente y tener buenas destrezas verbales y escritas.
  • Asistir en las actividades de mantenimiento cuando se necesite, comprender el uso de permisos de trabajos y bloqueo, etiquetado dentro del área de trabajo. Hay que asegurar que el equipo y el lugar de trabajo estén listos para las actividades de mantenimiento planificadas. n.

Requisitos

  • Graduado (a) de Bachiller.
  • Conocimientos básicos de mecánica, electricidad o instrumentación.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en plantas de procesamiento.
  • Experiencia en el manejo de productos químicos y reactivos. La experiencia en la formación Dual y/o Programa de Job Ready de Barrick PV valida este requerimiento

Disponibilidad para trabajar en Barrick Pueblo Viejo en horario en horarios de rotativo día y noche 4x4 de 12 horas. Transporte disponible para el traslado hacia la Mina, con rutas establecidas desde diversas ciudades. La mina está ubicada en la República Dominicana, aproximadamente a 100 km (62 millas) al noroeste de Santo Domingo, en la provincia Sánchez Ramírez, cerca del municipio de Cotuí.
