Barros & Errázuriz se ubica entre los estudios jurídicos más importantes de Chile.

Buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo a un/a Jefe de Gestión de Personas para potenciar procesos de área y contribuya al desarrollo y bienestar del equipo.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar implementación de la estrategia de Gestión de Personas del estudio, en colaboración con Comité Ejecutivo en todos los niveles de la organización.
  • Supervisar la gestión de los procesos del área de personas en sus subsistemas (Atracción y Selección, Capacitación, Administración de Personal, Compensaciones, Beneficios, Desempeño, Desarrollo, Cultura, Clima Laboral, Bienestar, etc.)
  • Integrar el Comité de Personas, reportando directamente al Gerente de Personas.
  • Gestionar la relación entre los principales clientes internos (socios, jefes de áreas), sus solicitudes y el trabajo coordinado del equipo de gestión de personas.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Psicología, Administración de Empresas de Servicios, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia de 6 años en posiciones de gestión de personas, liderando, coordinando proyectos; preferente experiencia en servicios profesionales o entornos corporativos.
  • Experiencia en procesos de remuneraciones, pagos de nómina y documentos legales.
  • Conocimientos en legislación laboral chilena, así como en buenas prácticas de gestión de personal.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés oral.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado y herramientas de IA (deseable).
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de RRHH (BUK) deseable.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, orientación al servicio, confidencialidad y vocación por el trabajo en equipo. Ofrecemos
