Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain web applications and custom digital tools using modern technology stacks.- Build and maintain automated API integrations connecting web forms, CRM platforms, call/telephony management systems, and communication channels.- Develop lead acquisition, routing, and data capture pipelines for real-time tracking and dispatching.- Implement data security measures, server performance optimization, and GDPR-compliant processing.- Create analytics dashboards to monitor Website audience, lead funnel metrics, and system performance.- Perform continuous maintenance, database administration, testing, and system upgrades.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:- A relevant diploma/qualification in ICT, Web Development, or equivalent practical professional experience (minimum 2+ years) in full-stack web software development.- Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and CRM or communication system integrations.- Technical proficiency in frontend and backend web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP/Python/Node.js or equivalent framework).- Hands-on experience with database administration (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).- Strong technical problem-solving capabilities and fluency in written and spoken English.
