Als stagiair onderwijsassistent op het SO leer je dat er met de juiste zorg en ondersteuning heel veel mogelijk is. Zelfs als je visueel beperkt bent.

Jouw stage als Onderwijsassistent bij Bartiméus

Binnen het Speciaal Onderwijs (SO) van Bartiméus begeleiden wij leerlingen van 4 tot 13 jaar met een visuele beperking. In onze kleinschalige groepen krijgen leerlingen onderwijs dat aansluit bij de reguliere leerlijnen, maar volledig is aangepast aan hun mogelijkheden en behoeften.

Als stagiair Onderwijsassistent ontdek je hoe je kinderen met een visuele beperking ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling. Je leert hoe onderwijs toegankelijk wordt gemaakt en hoe je samen met een betrokken team bijdraagt aan een veilige, stimulerende leeromgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw inzet maakt echt verschil voor onze leerlingen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Onderwijsondersteuning

  • Assisteren bij lessen en buitenschoolse activiteiten.
  • Ondersteunen van de leerkracht tijdens de schooldag.
  • Begeleiden van kleine groepjes leerlingen bij diverse leeractiviteiten.

Begeleiding van leerlingen

  • Individuele leerlingen ondersteunen in hun leerproces.
  • Stimuleren van zelfstandigheid en zelfvertrouwen.
  • Aansluiten bij de behoeften en mogelijkheden van iedere leerling.

Samenwerken & ontwikkelen

  • Deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen.
  • Samenwerken met leerkrachten en andere professionals.
  • Leren hoe onderwijs wordt aangepast voor leerlingen met een visuele beperking.

Organisatie & administratie

  • Ondersteunen bij organisatorische werkzaamheden.
  • Uitvoeren van lichte administratieve taken die bijdragen aan een soepel verloop van het onderwijs.

Wie ben jij?

Jij volgt een opleiding tot Onderwijsassistent of een vergelijkbare opleiding en bent op zoek naar een leerzame stageplek.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je plezier in het werken met kinderen.
  • Ben je betrouwbaar, betrokken en empathisch.
  • Werk je graag samen, maar kun je ook zelfstandig taken oppakken.
  • Ben je leergierig en sta je open voor nieuwe ervaringen.
  • Denk je in mogelijkheden en oplossingen.
