Jouw stage bij Huisvesting en Facilitair

Het team Huisvesting & Facilitair (H&F) bestaat uit zo’n 30 collega’s die met hun expertise zorgdragen voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en verbeteren van alle gebouwen, terreinen en facilitaire dienstverlening binnen Bartiméus.

Van nieuwbouw, verbouw, inrichting, toegankelijkheid, verduurzaming, onderhoud en beheer van onze gebouwen (circa 150), tot vervoer, schoonmaak, catering en servicemeldingen: H&F zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. En daar kan jij een onderdeel van worden.

Wij hebben plek voor derdejaars stagiairs die willen bijdragen aan actuele vraagstukken, zoals bijvoorbeeld Onderzoek Duurzaamheid of Onderzoek Schoonmaak en Catering. Dit zijn voorbeelden van mogelijke stageopdrachten; we kijken graag samen welke opdracht het beste aansluit bij jouw studie en interesses.

Daarnaast bieden wij stageplekken voor studenten in alle leerjaren. Of je nu in je eerste, tweede, derde of laatste jaar zit: je bent van harte welkom. Ook binnen onze operationele teams zijn er mooie, leerzame stages waarbij je direct meedraait in de praktijk.

Voorbeeld 1: Onderzoek Duurzaamheid (energie en afval)

Je brengt ons energieverbruik en onze afvalstromen in kaart en vertaalt dit naar concrete verbeterkansen. Je onderzoekt hoe we kunnen voldoen aan duurzaamheidsdoelen (zoals de Green Deal), stelt maatregelen voor en laat zien hoe we dit meetbaar en haalbaar maken in de praktijk, samen met medewerkers, leveranciers en bewoners.

Voorbeeld 2: Onderzoek Schoonmaak en Catering (nieuwbouw)

Je kijkt hoe we schoonmaak en catering slimmer kunnen organiseren, zodat zorgmedewerkers worden ontlast. Denk aan efficiëntere werkverdeling, nieuwe foodconcepten en een praktische inrichting van taken en processen. Je werkt dit uit naar een haalbare werkwijze voor de praktijk.

Wie ben jij?

Je volgt een opleiding zoals Facilitair Management, Bouwkunde, Bedrijfskunde of Hospitality Management. Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch en vindt het leuk om vraagstukken te doorgronden. Daarnaast ben je zorgvuldig, proactief en denk je in mogelijkheden. Je weet analyses te vertalen naar praktische en haalbare oplossingen.

Wat bieden we jou?

• Stagevergoeding zoals vastgesteld in de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg met een maximum van €500,- per maand op basis van een 36-urige stageweek. Om hiervoor in aanmerking te komen is je stageduur min. 150 uur en langer dan 1 maand.

• Professionele werkbegeleiding

• De mogelijkheid om (op basis van beschikbaarheid) een kamer in de personeelsflat in Doorn te huren

• Een leuke introductiedag samen met andere stagiairs van Bartiméus
