Ervaring als Service Adviseur is niet nodig. Wij leren je graag alle kneepjes van het vak! Bij BAS Truck Center kom je terecht in een team van magazijncoördinatoren, monteurs en serviceadviseurs. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze voertuigen technisch en optisch in topconditie zijn.

Als Junior Service Adviseur speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Je houdt het overzicht, stemt werkzaamheden af en zorgt ervoor dat alles in de werkplaats soepel verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Service Adviseur ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de werkplaats en de verschillende betrokken afdelingen. Je bepaalt samen met je collega's welke onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden nodig zijn en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en uitvoering.

  • Je stelt de dagelijkse planning op en stemt deze af met monteurs;
  • Je beoordeelt welke onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden nodig zijn;
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat monteurs weten wat er moet gebeuren;
  • Je stelt offertes op en maakt prijsberekeningen voor onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden;
  • Je bereidt de bijbehorende administratie voor en controleert werkorders;
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.

Je schakelt dagelijks met verschillende collega's, denkt mee over de beste aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden efficiënt verlopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop de kans om nieuwe dingen te leren!

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gedreven houding.
