Jouw uitdaging

Bij BAS World draait alles om handel, snelheid en het benutten van commerciële kansen. Als Truck Stock & Pricing Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop, verkoop en het voorraadbeheer van trucks en trailers. Je bepaalt welke voertuigen we inkopen, welke verkoopstrategie we hanteren en tegen welke prijs we ze aanbieden. Met jouw commerciële inzicht zorg je voor een optimale voorraad, aantrekkelijke aanbiedingen en gezonde marges.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ben je betrokken bij het volledige handelsproces. Je houdt je bezig met het beoordelen van voertuigen, het bepalen van prijzen en het optimaliseren van onze voorraad. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je beoordeelt de voertuigen die door onze inkopers worden aangeboden en bepaalt de inkoopprijs en verkoopstrategie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadbeheer van trucks en trailers en zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad optimaal wordt benut.
  • Je stelt de verkoopprijzen vast en bepaalt op basis van de markt wanneer een prijsaanpassing nodig is.
  • Je bewaakt de marges en bepaalt hoeveel ruimte verkopers hebben tijdens onderhandelingen. Wanneer zij hiervan willen afwijken, neem jij de uiteindelijke beslissing.
  • Je bepaalt welke voorbereidingen nodig zijn om voertuigen verkoopklaar te maken en zorgt voor een goede presentatie, zowel online als op ons terrein.
  • Je houdt marktontwikkelingen nauwlettend in de gaten en gebruikt data om de voorraad- en prijsstrategie verder te verbeteren.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met grote leveranciers in heel Europa. Door hen regelmatig te bezoeken, bouw je aan sterke relaties en ontdek je nieuwe kansen in de markt.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de voorraad in beweging blijft, de marges op peil blijven en we snel kunnen inspelen op ontwikkelingen in de markt.

Jouw specificaties

  • Je hebt een sterke handelsgeest, ziet commerciële kansen en krijgt energie van het inkopen en verkopen.
  • Je beschikt over commercieel inzicht en analytische vaardigheden. Je weet hoe je de voorraad optimaal kunt benutten en het beste resultaat kunt behalen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie of binnen productmanagement. Ervaring in de automotive, de truck- en trailerbranche of de handel is een pré.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en durft knopen door te hakken.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's van inkoop, verkoop en operations.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en weet de juiste balans te vinden tussen een snelle verkoop en het behalen van goede marges.
