En France, Basic-Fit poursuit sa politique de développement soutenue et recrute pour son club de Basic-Fit Lille rue des Sarrazins , un Agent d'accueil polyvalent (H/F/N) pour un contrat de 20 heures/semaine dans le cadre d’un CDD.

Missions

L’Agent d’accueil (H/F/N) d'un club Basic-Fit est le premier point de contact auquel s'adressent les membres de ce club de fitness.

Vous veillez à l’ordre et à la tranquillité du club et contrôlez la bonne utilisation des équipements mis à la disposition. Vous informez les adhérents actuels et futurs et apportez votre soutien au niveau informatif et structurel.

Vous agissez toujours conformément aux valeurs clés du concept Basic-Fit et visez continuellement à contribuer à notre positionnement de leader sur le marché du Fitness.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du club (Team Leader) ou Responsable Secteur (Cluster Manager) vous aurez pour missions de :

  • Accueillir avec enthousiasme et convivialité les adhérents actuels et futurs
  • Vendre et conseiller en contribuant à la réalisation des objectifs fixés
  • Participer activement au nettoyage et à l’entretien du club
  • Veiller au respect et au rangement du matériel
  • Assister le Responsable de club ou Responsable Secteur dans ses tâches administratives
  • Contribuer aux activités promotionnelles exposées par le Responsable du club
  • Ouvrir et fermer le club dans le respect des horaires et des procédures
  • Veiller à la sécurité, à l’ordre et à la tranquillité du club

Profil

De formation bac, vous disposez d’une forte affinité avec l’univers du sport et du fitness !

Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communicant(e) et orienté(e) client, vous possédez un bon sens commercial et relationnel. Vous êtes autonome, polyvalent(e) et savez faire preuve de flexibilité en sachant vous adapter à chaque situation avec brio.

Vous serez amené(e) à travailler les soirs et/ou les week-ends.

L’anglais est un plus pour accueillir une éventuelle clientèle internationale.

Rémunération

Conformément à notre politique de transparence salariale, la rémunération horaire brute pour le poste d'Agent d'Accueil est comprise entre 13,52 € et 13,77 €, selon la durée contractuelle de travail proposée.
