Jouw opdracht

Als zorgcoördinator lager onderwijs (21/36):

  • Je coördineert de leerlingenbegeleiding en versterkt de brede basiszorg en verhoogde zorg in het lager onderwijs.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht leerkrachten bij zorgvragen en differentiatie.
  • Je organiseert zorgoverleg en volgt leerlingen doelgericht op.
  • Je werkt verbindend samen met ouders, CLB en externe partners.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het beleidsteam en denkt actief mee over schoolontwikkeling.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt onze school op overlegmomenten binnen de scholengroep en met externe partners.

Als zorgleerkracht lager onderwijs (10/24):

  • Je biedt gerichte ondersteuning aan leerlingen van het lager onderwijs.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de klasleerkrachten.
  • Je ondersteunt differentiatie, remediëring en een krachtige leeromgeving.
  • Je volgt de ontwikkeling en leerresultaten van leerlingen doelgericht op.

Je bent een collega die:

Een gevolgde opleiding tot zorgcoördinator is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Ook ervaring in leerlingenbegeleiding, zorgcoördinatie of het coachen van leerkrachten is een meerwaarde.

Je beschikt over de vereiste bekwaamheidsbewijzen voor de betreffende onderwijsambten.
