Sint-Janscollege Basisschool Visitatie zoekt een zorgcoördinator voor de 2de en 3de graad van de lagere school. Als zorgcoördinator ben je de spilfiguur van de zorgwerking en combineer je beleidswerk, coaching, coördinatie en leerlingbegeleiding. Je geeft leiding aan het zorgteam en zorgt voor een doelgerichte inzet van de zorgmiddelen. Daarnaast ondersteun en motiveer je zorgleerkrachten en collega’s. Je coördineert de begeleiding van leerlingen en organiseert overleg met ouders, leerkrachten en externe partners. Je bewaakt de opvolging van afspraken en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokkenen. Je begeleidt leerlingen rond welbevinden, gedrag en schoolse ontwikkeling en ondersteunt ouders bij zorgvragen. Leerkrachten kunnen ook bij jou terecht voor advies rond klasmanagement, gedrag en leerlingbegeleiding. Je neemt een actieve rol op in het schoolbeleid en werkt actief mee aan schoolontwikkelingsprojecten. Op de schoolvloer ben je zichtbaar aanwezig, aanspreekbaar en zorg je voor rust, veiligheid en structuur. Je bent een sterkte organisator, communiceert vlot en kan mensen verbinden en aansturen. Ervaring in het onderwijs en expertise in leerlingbegeleiding zijn belangrijk. De school biedt een uitdagende functie aan binnen een ervaren zorgteam en een sterk samenwerkend beleidsteam. Je krijgt hier de kans om mee richting te geven aan een warme school waar we elk kind maximaal laten groeien.
