Innerhalb der Abteilung Produkt\- und Kanalmanagement suchen wir für die neugeschaffene als Chapter Lead Verstärkung. Mit anderen Worten: dich!

Dein neuer ----------

  • Entwicklung der Produktstrategie für den Bereich «Lending Solutions», Ausrichtung im Einklang mit der Gesamtbankstrategie und Sicherstellung des Markterfolgs unserer Kreditlösungen
  • Steuerung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus der Kredit\- und Finanzierungslösungen und Steuerung der dazugehörigen Beratungstools: von der Idee bis zum stabilen Betrieb («Run the Bank») inkl. Continuous Improvement
  • Priorisierung gemeinsam mit Product Owner und Business Owner des Backlogs, Definition von Business\-Anforderungen mit Fachbereichen und Vertrieb Koordination der Umsetzung
  • fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Produktbereich «Lending Solutions», Projektleitung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Vertrieb, Beratung und Risiko
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Kundinnen\- und Kundenbedürfnisse sowie Wettbewerb im Kredit\- und Finanzierungsmarkt, Erkennung von Chancen und Risiken und Ableitung von Massnahmen
  • Prüfung und Begleitung von Innovationen, neue Technologien und Geschäftsmodelle im Kreditgeschäft
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Risiko\- und Kreditrichtlinien sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Stakeholder\-Management und Kommunikation von Status, Meilensteinen und Herausforderungen an Management und relevante Anspruchsgruppen

  • Hochschulabschluss, ergänzt durch eine bankfachliche Aus\- oder Weiterbildung.
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und in der Produktentwicklung von Kredit\- und Finanzierungslösungen in der Finanzbranche, mit End\-to\-End\-Verantwortung und Life\-Cycle\-Management über verschiedene Kundensegmente hinweg.
  • fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Projekt\- und Prozessmanagement (klassisch und agil) sowie im Einsatz moderner Methoden und Tools (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Improvement, Qualitätssicherung).
  • sehr gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie von Markt\- und Kundenbedürfnissen; Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Anforderungen im Schweizer Finanzmarkt (z.B. FINMA)
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams, in der Entwicklung von Fachkompetenzen sowie im optimalen Einsatz von Mitarbeitenden und Ressourcen
  • sehr ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie breite Erfahrung in Moderation, Präsentation und der Durchführung von Workshops
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz, sicheres Auftreten, zielgerichtetes Kommunikationsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zu moderieren und zu tragfähigen Lösungen zu führen
  • hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit, kombiniert mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Offenheit für Veränderung und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung
