Overview

As a Service Team Supervisor (Assistant / Senior) (PBU – TOP Defects), you will need to ensure all architectural works are rectified in accordance to approved specifications. You are to adhere to Greyform Integrated Management System (IMS)and compliance to Building Construction Authority (BCA) on Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU) Manufacturer Accreditation Scheme standards and guidelines, as well as customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities

1) Responsible for the day-to-day residential site rectification works for Post TOP, defect liability period and post defect liability period.

2) To liaise with contractors for rectification works and prepare the necessary approval papers.

3) Ensure that all defects have been cleared and fall within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances, readability of labels etc.

4) Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied as well as rectification works are carried out in accordance to approved plans, building bylaws and contract specifications.

5) Action and close all customer complaints.

6) Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company IMS policies and customer specifications.

7) Attend to site complaint and perform correction and prevention action.

8) Maintain 5 “S” in the production floor.

9) Contribute ideas which can lead to cost saving, productivity efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

10) Manage, coach and train the team members include carrying out performance review and disciplinary action, if required.

11) Authorise to stop operation if conditions are out of safety measures or not able to achieve specified process / operation conditions in production.

12) Follow the main con and Customer Relation Officers (CRO)for inspection prior to unit handover to owners when required.

13) Attend to unit owner’s defects during Defect Liability Period.

14) Recommends solutions for critical and/or frequent recurring defects to Production Team.

15) Participate in the Risk Assessment (RA) discussion &review and taking part of inspection with company WSH officer on Environment, Health& Safety within company premises.

16) Participate in Budget Planning.

17) Flag noncompliance issues to Engineer / Manager.

18) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.

Requirements

1) Minimum PSLE with at least 5 years’ experience working in Architectural / PBU Fitting QAQC environment or equivalent.

2) Minimum ITE with at least 2 years’ experience working in Architectural / PBU Fitting QAQC environment or equivalent.

3) Diploma / Degree with 1 years’ experience working in Architectural / PBU Fitting QAQC environment or equivalent.

4) Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 & 45001 standards as well as Building Construction Authority Construction Quality / Assessment System will be an advantage.

5) Possess problem-solving, analysing and reporting skills.

6) IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application.

7) Able to read, write and communicate in English.

8) Independent with high level of initiative and fast learner.

9) Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.

10) Positive attitude in learning.
