Outside Sales Representative | Uncapped Earning Potential | Pre-Set Appointments

Location: Novi & Greater Detroit Area, Michigan

At BathWorks of Michigan, we're growing fast and looking for driven, people-focused sales professionals who want more than just another sales job. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms in as little as one day with premium bath and shower solutions.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners during scheduled, in-home appointments, build relationships, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. Just the opportunity to sell.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners at pre-set, in-home appointments.
  • Design customized bath and shower solutions.
  • Build trust through a professional, consultative sales approach.
  • Present options, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results.
  • Alignment with our core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage.
  • Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius of your location.
  • Availability Monday through Saturday for appointments at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM.
  • Ability to complete a minimum of 11 appointments per week.
