Estamos em busca de um Advogado Júnior para integrar nossa equipe jurídica. O profissional será responsável por auxiliar em demandas jurídicas diversas, realizar pesquisas, elaborar pareceres e peças processuais, auxiliar em processos judiciais e administrativos, dentre outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaboração de peças processuais, especialmente defesas (contestação, impugnações, recursos, etc.);
  • Acompanhamento e andamento processual;
  • Análise de publicações e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Participação e realização de audiências;
  • Alimentação de sistemas internos e atualização de informações processuais;
  • Apoio estratégico na condução dos casos.
  • Atendimento ao cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Direito
  • OAB ativa
  • Experiência prévia na área contenciosa (mesmo que estágio na área cível/consumidor)
  • Experiencia em analisar processo e redigir peças
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos na função

Perfil comportamental:

Ser proativo, ter atenção e organização com prazos, planilhas e ambiente de trabalho, bom relacionamento interpessoal, escuta ativa e dinamismo

Competências técnicas:

  • Saber acessar os sistemas dos tribunais de justiça
  • Boa redação jurídica.
