Als onderdeel van VT-Invest Construction Group combineren we de financiële stabiliteit van een sterke bouwgroep met de persoonlijke aanpak, korte beslissingslijnen en betrokkenheid van een KMO.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Projectleider Bouw – Renovatie die samen met ons uitdagende projecten wil realiseren.

Jouw functie

Als Projectleider Renovatie ben je betrokken bij de voorbereiding, organisatie en opvolging van uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring krijg je de nodige begeleiding om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen.

Je combineert technisch inzicht, werfopvolging en projectcoördinatie en bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, collega's en bouwpartners.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je bereidt renovatieprojecten voor en volgt de uitvoering op van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budgetten van jouw projecten.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden van eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers.
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers, architecten en studiebureaus.
  • Je staat in voor de praktische organisatie en technische opvolging op de werf.
  • Je volgt de projectadministratie op, waaronder vorderingsstaten, rapportering en nacalculatie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische oplossingen, efficiëntie en optimalisaties.

Geen twee werven zijn hetzelfde. Dankzij de afwisseling tussen verschillende renovatietechnieken en projecten blijft jouw functie boeiend en technisch uitdagend.

We zoeken vooral iemand met bouwtechnisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de ambitie om te groeien. Je diploma is belangrijk, maar je motivatie en praktische ingesteldheid zijn minstens even waardevol.

  • Je beschikt over een graduaat Werforganisatie, een bachelor Bouw, Toegepaste Architectuur of een gelijkwaardige bouwtechnische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt interesse in renovatie, bouwtechnieken en werfopvolging.
  • Ervaring als werfleider, assistent-projectleider of projectleider is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Ook gemotiveerde starters of kandidaten die vanuit een technische bouwfunctie willen doorgroeien, zijn welkom.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten en onderaannemers.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en voelt je thuis in een omgeving met korte communicatielijnen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Ervaring met gevelrenovatie, betonherstel, VME's of openbare aanbestedingen is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.
