Assistante administrative polyvalente et chargée d’accueil

🔍 Contexte :

Dans le cadre de notre réorganisation, nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe administrative au sein de notre cabinet néocastrien. Vous prendrez en charge un périmètre administratif polyvalent autour de la facturation, du recouvrement clients, de l’accueil ainsi que des formalités administratives et juridiques.

Nous sommes ouverts aux profils juniors et privilégions avant tout une personne rigoureuse, organisée, discrète et à l’aise avec les missions administratives ayant l’envie d’apprendre et de progresser.

Une formation et un accompagnement seront prévus pour vous permettre de prendre progressivement en main les différentes missions du poste.

Vos missions :

  • Facturation & recouvrement clients
  • Formalités administratives et juridiques
  • Accueil – un jour par semaine

Ce que vous pourrez attendre de nous :

👉 Une intégration au niveau Groupe sur plusieurs jours dans nos locaux à Nancy, afin de vous familiariser avec nos outils et pour rencontrer vos référents mais également vos nouveaux collègues
