Unser Auftraggeber befindet sich in einer spannenden Entwicklungsphase. Prozesse werden modernisiert, digitale Lösungen vorangetrieben und bestehende Strukturen weiterentwickelt. Gesucht wird eine zuverlässige Verstärkung, die diesen Weg aktiv mitgestalten möchte. Sachbearbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst (100 %)

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich -Selbstständige Abwicklung von Kundenbestellungen und Koordination laufender Aufträge. -Kompetente und serviceorientierte Betreuung der Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail. -Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktivitäten. -Erfassung eingehender Bestellungen im ERP-System (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). -Rechnungsstellung sowie Übernahme einfacher buchhalterischer Aufgaben. -Gestaltung und Versand von Newslettern sowie Mitarbeit bei Marketingmassnahmen. -Aktive Mitgestaltung interner Abläufe und Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung.

Ihr Profil -Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation. -Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst eines Handelsbetriebs oder Produktionsunternehmens im B2B-Segment. -Fliessendes Schweizerdeutsch sowie sehr gute schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. -Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook, sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität für digitale Anwendungen. -Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System. -Interesse an modernen KI-Tools und Offenheit, diese künftig zur Vereinfachung und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen einzusetzen. -Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung sowie unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln. -Dynamische, unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität.
