**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Das zugeteilte Immobilienportfolio nachhaltig steuern und dabei sowohl die Anforderungen der Nutzenden (Universität, PH) als auch die Eigentümer- und Bauherreninteressen des Kantons Bern berücksichtigen. Dabei sind insbesondere die spezifischen betrieblichen und infrastrukturellen Anforderungen des Tierspitals (z. B. komplexe Vergabeverfahren, hohe technische Anforderungen und Kostenkontrolle) angemessen zu berücksichtigen. * Entwicklung und laufende Optimierung der Liegenschaften: Potenzial- und Machbarkeitsstudien erarbeiten, Lösungsstrategien entwickeln und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen erstellen in den SIA Teilphasen 11 und 21 * Definieren der strategischen Unterhaltsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Objektmanager/innen * Vorgabebestimmungen für Neubauten, Instandsetzungen und Unterhaltsmassnahmen zur Übergabe an das Bauprojektmanagement * Führen der externen und internen Projektteams und koordinieren der unterschiedlichen Ansprüche

**Ihr Profil**

* Hochschulabschluss in Architektur / Ökonomie / Bauwesen / Immobilientreuhand, vorzugsweise mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung * Berufserfahrung in Portfolio- und Projektmanagement sowie Immobilienentwicklung * Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, agieren unternehmerisch, sind belastbar und innovativ * Sie kommunizieren gekonnt, sind verhandlungssicher, arbeiten strukturiert und organisiert
