O que você vai encontrar na Bauducco é gente que gosta do que faz e inquieta para trilhar uma carreira de sucesso, crescendo junto com a empresa.Aqui você será responsável pela gestão e resultado do distribuidor (faturamento, rentabilidade, margem de servir, distribuição e execução), visando atingimento das metas estabelecidas pela Cia.Se essa vaga é a sua cara e você também é apaixonado pelo que faz, venha conhecer o desafio que a Bauducco está te oferecendo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições:🍪 Desenhar os planos de execução e acompanhamento trimestral/semestral alinhados aos objetivos da companhia (metas SI x SO, margem de servir);🍪 Analisar e acompanhar os resultados (SI x SO por mix de produtos/ nível de estoque, ruptura, venda e execução mix, margens realizadas, margem de servir) dentro de seus clientes; 🍪 Responder pelo controle de estoque do distribuidor, pela negociação do Sell In e o acompanhamento da entrega dos pedidos;🍪 Desenvolver e dar suporte à equipe de vendas do distribuidor;🍪 Revisar os negócios/operações mensais com o Dono da Distribuidora; 🍪 Liderar as reuniões com os times dos distribuidores (planos trimestrais);🍪 Garantir a eficiência e padronização da comunicação entre empresa e distribuidor;🍪 Negociar os planos/campanhas nos principais clientes do distribuidor, junto com a equipe dos distribuidores;🍪 Executar as estratégias de preço por família (meta de aderência de preço na ponta);🍪 Controlar a saúde financeira do distribuidor (fluxo de caixa, nível de endividamento);🍪 Gerir os investimentos e controle de conta corrente; 🍪 Garantir a capacitação da equipe dos distribuidores através dos treinamentos da equipe (portfólio, execução, planos táticos etc.);🍪 Prospectar possíveis parceiros para o plano de back-up; 🍪 Implementar o modelo de gestão do canal Distribuidor em todos os seus clientes;Requisitos e qualificações🍪 Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas ou cursos relacionados a área;🍪 Desejável Pós-graduação em áreas afins;🍪 Experiência Mínima de 3 anos em vendas externas e canal indireto;🍪 Conhecimento do Sistema de Gestão do Canal Distribuidor (MTRIX);🍪 Desejável experiência com elaboração e aplicação de treinamentos;🍪 Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e Power Point;🍪 Conhecimentos básicos em Tributação (ICMS, ICMS-ST, PIS e COFINS) para a formação de preços;🍪 Residir em João Pessoa.Informações adicionais🍪🍪🍪 Além do salário, você terá como benefícios: Veículo Locado; Ticket combustível;🍽️ Vale Refeição;🛒 Vale Alimentação;🏥 Assistência Médica e Odontológica;💵 Plano de Previdência Privada;☂️ Seguro de Vida;💊 Convênio Farmácia;🏋 Welhub;🚀 Venha fazer parte da nossa equipe e aproveite todos esses benefícios! 💛💛💛
