Worum es geht

Du unterstützt uns quer durch die Geschäftsprozesse und bekommst echte Einblicke in Vertrieb, Kundenbetreuung und den Alltag eines wachsenden Unternehmens. Wir suchen bewusst niemanden für eine fest abgesteckte Aufgabe, sondern jemanden, der sich verschiedene Bereiche anschaut, eigene Stärken einbringt und mit der Zeit eigene Themen übernimmt. Wo dein Schwerpunkt liegt, finden wir gemeinsam heraus.

Mögliche Felder:

  • CRM-Management – Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme
  • Office Management – Organisation und Struktur im Tagesgeschäft
  • Finance & Buchhaltung – Unterstützung in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung und bei Finance-Themen
  • Vertrieb & Bestandskunden – Vertriebsassistenz im Verkaufsprozess sowie Kundenkommunikation und Betreuung
  • Projekte & unterstützende Tätigkeiten – Mitarbeit in Marketing, Content und internen Abläufen

Was du mitbringst

  • Immatrikulation über die gesamte Praktikumsdauer, idealerweise in einem wirtschafts- oder gesundheitsnahen Studiengang (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Gesundheitsmanagement o. Ä.)
  • Pflichtpraktikum idealerweise mit entsprechender Bescheinigung deiner Hochschule
  • Eigeninitiative – du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern denkst mit und übernimmst gern Verantwortung
  • Entdeckergeist – du gehst auch Themen an, für die es noch keinen fertigen Prozess gibt, und baust dir deinen eigenen Weg
  • Präsenz – du bist vor Ort in unserem Büro in München-Schwabing
