Die Baugenossenschaft Linth\- ( ) ist eine gemeinnützige und wachstumsorientierte Genossenschaft. Alle ihre Liegenschaften befinden sich auf dem Gebiet der Stadt Zürich in Leimbach, Seebach, Oerlikon und Höngg. Ab dem Jahr 2027 umfasst unser Bestand rund 730 zeitgemässe und bezahlbare Wohnungen und Gästezimmer sowie Gewerberäume.

Die BGLE wird auf strategischer Ebene von einem nebenamtlich tätigen Vorstand geführt. Die Geschäftsstelle sorgt mit 14 Mitarbeitenden für eine professionelle, operative Führung der Baugenossenschaft.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Hauswartteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Hauswart:in (100%) ==================

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen

* Ansprechpartner:in für die Bewohner:innen und Handwerker * Überwachung der Gebäudefunktion und Haustechnik * Planen, Ausführen \& Überwachung von Wartungs\- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten * Überwachung, Pflege\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten der Areal\- und Grünflächen einschliesslich Spielplätze usw. * Einholung und Beurteilung von Offerten, Vergabe von Aufträgen an Drittfirmen sowie Koordination und Kontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten

  • Rechnungskontrolle
  • Abnahme und Übergabe von Wohnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem:r zuständigen Bewirtschafterin
  • Leitung/Mithilfe/Unterstützung bei Unterhalts\- und Instandsetzungsprojekten, Materialentsorgung usw.
  • Gegenseitige Stellvertretung von Arbeitskollegen

Sie bringen mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Unterhalt von Wohnliegenschaften
  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit EFZ
  • Von Vorteil abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum eidg. dipl. Hauswart:in
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, flexible und loyale Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Kat. B
