Wir sind eine gemeinnützige Baugenossenschaft mit einem eigenen Liegenschaftenbestand von gut 1’200 Wohnungen in der Stadt und im Kanton Zürich. Wir schaffen und unterhalten preiswerten und attraktiven Wohnraum in lebensfreundlicher Umgebung und streben nach wirtschaftlich, ökologisch sowie sozial nachhaltigem Handeln. Derzeit befinden wir uns in einer Erneuerungs\- und Wachstumsphase.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine/einen

Projektleiter\*in Bauherr (80 – 100 %)

In dieser zentralen und abwechslungsreichen Funktion verantworten Sie kleinere und mittlere Bauprojekte der Baugenossenschaft. Sie sind dem Leiter Bereich Bau unterstellt und arbeiten eng mit dem Bereich Immobilienbewirtschaftung zusammen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Bauherrenseitige Leitung von Bauprojekten (Sanierungen, An\- und Umbauten, Neubauten) über alle Projektphasen
  • Sicherstellung der baulichen und architektonischen Qualität Ihrer Bauprojekte
  • Mitarbeit bei der Stärkung und Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und der konzeptionellen Grundlagen des Bereichs Bau (Baustandards, Prozesse, Instrumente)
  • Verantwortlich für das Bau\- und Planarchiv
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Erstellung der Investitionsplanung und des Investitionsbudgets
  • Unterstützung des Bewirtschaftungsteams bei Fragen des baulichen Unterhalts

Sie sind eine zuverlässige, engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit. Konzeptionelles und strukturiertes Arbeiten fällt Ihnen leicht und es macht Ihnen Freude, die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen an unsere Wohnbauten in Einklang zu bringen. Dank Ihrer kooperativen Art gelingt Ihnen die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen mühelos.

Diese spannende Aufgabe richtet sich an ausgewiesene Bauprofis mit solidem bautechnischem Wissen. Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung als Architekt FH, als Bauleiter, Bautechniker oder eine andere gleichwertige Ausbildung und bringen idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der bauherrenseitigen Leitung von Bauprojekten mit. Ihre Erfahrungen im Unterhalt von Wohnimmobilien runden Ihr Profil ab.
