Die Baugenossenschaft Sonnengarten (BGS) zählt über 1200 Wohnungen und bietet mehr als 3000 Menschen in Zürich und im Limmattal ein Zuhause. Wir setzen uns seit 1944 für bezahlbare Wohnungen und ein vielfältiges Siedlungsleben ein. Im Team entwickeln wir uns stetig weiter – sowohl gemeinsam als auch individuell.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n handwerklich versierte:n Kolleg:in mit organisatorischem Talent. Nebst klassischer Hauswartung begleitest du Unterhaltsprojekte und nutzt dein Know\-How bei Wohnungswechseln. Du pflegst einen guten Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen (Mieter:innen, Handwerker:innen etc.). Als Schnittstelle zu Vermietung und Siedlungsleben behältst du den Überblick. Hast du Lust, sowohl dein fachliches Können als auch deine koordinativen Fähigkeiten einzubringen? Dann freuen wir uns, dich kennenzulernen! Ein breites Wirkungsfeld wartet auf dich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Hauswartung unserer Wohnliegenschaften in Zürich (Triemli, Höngg und Limmattal)
  • Koordination von Unternehmen, Handwerkern und Lieferanten bei Projekten aus dem Unterhalt
  • Selbständige Beurteilung und Instandstellung von Wohnungen
  • Selbständige Reparaturen und Überwachung technischer Anlagen
  • Schnittstelle zu Vermietung und Siedlungsleben bei Belangen rund um unsere Liegenschaften
  • Pikett\- und Winterdienst (ein Wochenende pro Monat)
  • Administrative Arbeiten, inklusive Kontrolle von Rapporten und digitalen Rechnungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Sanitärinstallateur:in, :in) oder Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt EFZ
  • 10 oder mehr Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 5 Jahre im handwerklichen Bereich oder als Hauswart:in
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Kontaktfreudig, kommunikationssicher, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamfähig, sozialkompetent und körperlich fit
  • Selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowohl analog als auch digital
