Die Baugenossenschaft St. , Zürich (BGSJ) steht seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 1922 für bezahlbaren Wohnraum und eine lebendige Gemeinschaft. Mit rund 544 Wohnungen in den Stadtkreisen 2, 3, 4 und 9 zählen wir zu den mittelgrossen Genossenschaften der Stadt.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Leitung Ressort Soziales engagieren Sie sich für die Förderung des genossenschaftlichen Zusammenlebens und übernehmen insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung in der strategischen Führung der Genossenschaft
  • Förderung des genossenschaftlichen Zusammenhalts und einer aktiven Nachbarschaft
  • Einbringen sozialer Perspektiven und demografischer Entwicklungen in die Vorstandsarbeit
  • Initiierung und Begleitung von nachbarschaftlichen Projekten
  • Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Siedlungskommissionen
  • Förderung und Sicherstellung der Partizipation der Genossenschafter\*innen.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Gemeinwesenarbeit, Soziales, Freiwilligenarbeit, Integration, Quartier\- oder Gemeinschaftsentwicklung
  • Interesse an sozialen Themen und am genossenschaftlichen Zusammenleben
  • Verständnis für die Funktionsweise einer Genossenschaft oder Bereitschaft, dieses Wissen anzueignen
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

Rahmen

Der zeitliche Aufwand liegt bei rund 100 Stunden im Jahr und umfasst die Teilnahme an Vorstandssitzungen, jährlichen Klausuren sowie Sitzungen der Siedlungskommission. Die in den Vorstand erfolgt an der Generalversammlung 2027\.
