Har du sans for detaljer og trives med struktur, systematik og ansvar? Hos BAUHAUS Næstved søger vi en optællingsansvarlig, der kan sikre præcision i vores lagerstyring og skabe struktur i hverdagen.

Som optælleansvarlig bliver du en vigtig del af driftsteamet og får ansvaret for planlægning og gennemførelse af vores rullende statusoptællinger. Du arbejder tæt sammen med driftschefen og logistiklederen og spiller en central rolle i at sikre, at varerne stemmer – hver dag.

Din rolle og hverdag

I rollen som optælleansvarlig sørger du for, at vores lagerdata altid er korrekte og opdaterede. Du planlægger optællinger, følger op på differencer og hjælper med at løse eventuelle afvigelser i samarbejde med driften.

Du trives med at arbejde struktureret, og du er med til at sikre, at BAUHAUS’ koncepter og standarder bliver overholdt i alle led af processen.

Dine opgaver

  • Planlægge og gennemføre optællinger til rullende status
  • Fejlsøge og følge op på differencer i samarbejde med driftschefen
  • Foretage kontroloptællinger og sikre korrekt lagerregulering
  • Overholde BAUHAUS’ koncepter og retningslinjer for optælling
  • Bidrage til struktur, orden og høj kvalitet i lagerstyringen
  • Deltage i ad hoc-opgaver og støtte kollegerne i driften
