BAUHAUS, der Spezialist für Werkstatt, und Garten, ist in der Schweiz derzeit mit sieben Fachcentren in den Kantonen Bern, Zürich, St. Gallen, Fribourg, Aargau und Tessin sowie einem Webshop vertreten und beschäftigt über 600 Mitarbeitende. In fünfzehn Fachabteilungen bietet BAUHAUS seinen Kundinnen und Kunden auf einer Verkaufsfläche von bis zu 20’000 m² über 120’000 Qualitätsprodukte. Kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeitende sind die Grundlage unseres Erfolgs: Fachliches Können und konsequente Kundenorientierung gehören zu den Eckpfeilern unserer Firmenphilosophie.

Im März 2027 eröffnen wir in Langenthal/BE unser achtes Fachcenter in der Schweiz. Dafür suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeitende, die gemeinsam mit uns das neue Fachcenter zum Erfolg führen. Werde Teil unseres neuen Teams.

Geschäftsleiter Stv. (m/w/d) 100%

* Darauf kannst du dich freuen:

* Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung bei der operativen und organisatorischen Führung des Fachcenters und übernimmst bei deren Abwesenheit die Stellvertretung

* Du trägst Mitverantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und die Führung eines Teams

* Du förderst, begleitest und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden, damit sie unseren Kundinnen und Kunden eine hervorragende Beratung bieten

* Du schaffst positive Kundenerlebnisse durch eine hohe Verkaufsbereitschaft, eine attraktive Warenpräsentation und eine wirkungsvolle Verkaufsförderung

* Du arbeitest aktiv an strategischen, übergeordneten Projekten mit und übernimmst die Leitung von Teilprojekten

Damit begeisterst du uns:

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grund\- und Weiterbildung im Detailhandel (z. B. Detailhandelsspezialist mit eidg. FA) oder in Betriebswirtschaft

* Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem Handelsunternehmen mit – idealerweise im DIY\-Bereich

* Du bist motiviert, das Fachcenter mitzugestalten, weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Du inspirierst und motivierst die Mitarbeitenden durch deine Persönlichkeit und deine Vorbildfunktion
