Assistent/in Kundenberatung 80\-100% ====================================

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Unterstützung der Kundenberater in Basel in allen bankfachlichen Bereichen (z.B. Besuchsvorbereitung, Bearbeitung von Korrespondenz \& Kontrolllisten)
  • Vor\- und Nachbereitung von Kundenbesuchen sowie telefonischer Kundenkontakt
  • Terminplanung und administrative Koordination
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Statistiken, Reportings und weiteren Dokumentationen
  • Übernahme von Zusatzaufgaben bei Bedarf (z.B. Unterstützung bei Kundenanlässen)
  • Ferien\- und Stellvertretung im Frontoffice Basel (Empfang, Kassentransaktionen, Telefonzentrale)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Bankensektor in ähnlicher Position
  • Fundierte Bankfachkenntnisse und ausgeprägte Kunden\- sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Hohe Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und eine exakte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Gepflegte Erscheinung und professionelle Umgangsformen
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse; fliessendes «Schweizerdeutsch»
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Affinität für digitale Tools
