Rund 130 Mitarbeitende arbeiten schweizweit bei uns. Unser Hauptsitz ist in Zollikofen, dazu betreiben wir in der Deutsch- und Westschweiz mehrere Käsefachgeschäfte. 🧀🛒

Übernehme die strategische und operative Betreuung aller Migros Genossenschaften -- und werde mit Laib und Seele, Teil unserer Käsewelt!

Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Käse, deinem Verhandlungsgeschick und deinem Gespür für Markttrends sorgst du dafür, dass unsere hochwertigen Käsespezialitäten ihren Weg zu den Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten finden.

**Das kannst du bewirken**

* Das ganzheitliche Key Account Management und die Profitabilität unseres grössten Retail-Kunden liegt in deiner Verantwortung.

* Du erstellst Sortiments- und Marktanalysen und wirkst aktiv an unserer Sortimentsstrategie mit.

* Du führst Verhandlungen und übernimmst die Preisstrategie für deine Kunden. * Gemeinsam mit dem Verkaufs- und Marketingteam planst du Aktivitäten für unser Markenportfolio.

**Das bringst du mit**

* Du hast eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund, zum Beispiel im Verkauf oder Marketing. Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrungen in diesen Bereichen gesammelt, idealerweise bereits mit Grosskunden.

* Know-how in der Konsumgüter- oder Milchbranche ist ein Plus -- deine Leidenschaft für Käse und dein Wunsch, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln, zählen genauso.

* Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und denkst sowohl analytisch als auch strategisch. Mit deinen kreativen Ideen unterstützt du die positive Geschäftsentwicklung.

* Du organisierst dich und deine Aufgaben effizient und behältst mit einem klaren Fokus auf Prioritäten dabei stets den Überblick.

* Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und verfügst idealerweise über gute Französischkenntnisse.
