Für unseren Kunden, ein exklusives Luxushotel in St. Moritz, suchen wir einen engagierten und erfahrenen Chef de Rang (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Restaurantteams.

Ihre Aufgaben Selbstständige Betreuung und Führung einer eigenen Servicestation. Professionelle Begrüßung, Beratung und Betreuung internationaler Gäste. Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken. Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen und individuellen Gästeservices. Vorbereitung und Kontrolle des gesamten Servicebereichs. Einhaltung höchster Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards.

Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie von Vorteil. Berufserfahrung als Chef de Rang oder in einer vergleichbaren Position. Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Luxushotellerie erwünscht. Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch oder Italienisch. Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten. Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung. Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
