Bei steigenden Energiekosten helfen wir Haushalten durch die Installation der richtigen Wärmepumpen und PV-Anlagen jährlich um die 1.500€ einzusparen.

Die Fakten.

  • Rolle: Werkstudent im Finance & Accounting
  • Umfang: 20 Stunden pro Woche, Teilzeit
  • Arbeitstage: 3-5 Tage, wie es für dich am besten passt. Pflichttag: Freitag (mind. 4h)
  • Ort: Büro in der Nähe vom Schlesischen Tor (U)
  • Dein Team: Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Head of Finance zusammen
  • Perspektive: Eine Übernahme als Junior ist perspektivisch denkbar

Was Du machen wirst.

  • Du übernimmst die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und prüfst täglich Belege rechnerisch.
  • Du managst unsere Belege in kleinen Portionen: Du hakst nach, forderst fehlende Belege ein und sorgst dafür, dass nichts liegen bleibt (ca. 10 Belege pro Tag).
  • Du hilfst mit, den Monatsabschluss vorzubereiten.
  • Du stimmst Konten ab und prüfst Rechnungen. Parallel sitzt Du von Anfang auf weiteren spannenden Projekten.

Was Du mitbringen solltest.

Must-haves

  • Du arbeitest genau und hast echte Zahlenaffinität.
  • Du bringst gute Excel Skills mit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. B2).
  • Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder etwas Vergleichbares.
  • Du bist proaktiv: Du fragst nach, treibst Prozesse voran und gibst nicht auf, bis der Beleg da ist. Ein kleiner Terrier eben.
  • Du hast richtig Bock auf diese Rolle.
