Die Fakten.

  • Du musst niemanden überzeugen, dass er mit Dir reden will. Das haben wir schon erledigt. Du hast mindestens 4 qualifizierte Videocalls am Tag
  • 70.000 € p.a. Zielgehalt bei 7 Abschlüssen im Monat (bei 36.000 € p.a. Grundgehalt). Kein Deckel nach oben. Bei 10 Abschlüssen verdoppelt sich Deine Provision nahezu
  • Garantieprovision in Monat 1 bis 3 – Onboarding ohne Druck, Pipeline ohne Zeitnot
  • Klarheit: Der Weg zum Senior ist klar definiert, genau wie der nächste Schritt danach - Teamführung oder Spezialisierung

Was Du machen wirst.

  • Du führst qualifizierte und bereits terminierte Verkaufsgespräche mit Eigenheimbesitzern per Video
  • Du berätst bedarfsgerecht zu Wärmepumpe und PV-Anlage und holst Dir den Abschluss
  • Du pflegst Deine Pipeline eigenständig in HubSpot: saubere Doku, konsequente Nachverfolgung, verbindliche Folgetermine

Was Du mitbringen solltest.

  • Du hast mind. 1–2 Jahre Closing-Erfahrung mit erklärungsbedürftigem Produkt
  • Du führst Gespräche frei und souverän, ohne Leitfaden, aber mit Charisma
  • Du organisierst Dich selbst: Deine Pipeline, Deine Folgetermine, Deine Prioritäten
  • Zwei Tage Homeoffice nimmst Du mit – den Rest willst Du dort sein, wo Coaching und Energie live passieren: auf dem Sales Floor
