Zur Verstärkung und Bereicherung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Projektleiter:in Baumangement 80-100%

Die Projekte Bei uns übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Begleitung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte. Du realisierst unter anderem ein einzigartiges Bauprojekt an prestigeträchtiger Lage im Zürcher Seefeld, hochwertige Einfamilienhäuser sowie qualitätsvolle Umbauten und Sanierungen. Dabei bringst du dein Fachwissen aktiv ein, koordinierst Abläufe, denkst mit und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Ideen sauber umgesetzte Projekte werden.

Deine Mission

  • Projektverantwortlich auf Seite Baumanagement für die Realisierung im engen Austausch mit den Gesamtprojektverantwortlichen für Architektur und Planung
  • Realisierung, Koordination und Steuerung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Planungsteam von BAUS baut AG
  • Weitere Unterstützung durch einen Bauleiter (örtliche Bauleitung) ist gewährleistet

Dein Profil

  • Wir suchen eine erfahrene Durchblicker:in mit Bau-Know-how und Affinität dafür, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und neu zu denken.
  • Du behältst Kosten und Termine im Blick, erstellst Ausschreibungen mit Sicherheit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte sauber, effizient und qualitätsbewusst umgesetzt werden.
  • Hochschulabschluss, Technische Ausbildung als eidg. dipl. Bauleiter, dipl. Techniker HF Hochbau oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bau- oder Projektleiter:in in der Schweizer Baubranche
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Führungskompetenz
  • Belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbständige, professionelle Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office und Bauadministrationsprogrammen (Messerli)
