Aicinām mūsu komandai pievienoties ārstu nefrologu, kurš vēlas profesionāli pilnveidoties, sniegt kvalitatīvu un mūsdienīgu medicīnisko aprūpi pacientiem un iesaistīties veselības aprūpes procesu attīstībā un pilnveidošanā.

Prasības pretendentam

  • augstākā medicīniskā izglītība (ārsta grāds);
  • reģistrācija Ārstniecības personu reģistrā;
  • ārsta nefrologa sertifikāts;
  • vēlams papildu izmeklējumu metodes sertifikāts, piemēram, ultrasonogrāfijas specialitātē;
  • teicamas sadarbības un komunikācijas prasmes;
  • spēja operatīvi reaģēt un rīkoties neatliekamās situācijās;
  • datorprasmes ikdienas lietotāja līmenī, tai skaitā prasme strādāt ar Word, Excel, Outlook un “Ārsta Birojs”;
  • izpratne un pieredze digitalizācijas risinājumu izmantošanā;
  • valsts valodas zināšanas atbilstoši Valsts valodas likuma prasībām;
  • pieredze pārmaiņu vadībā un digitalizācijas rīku ieviešanā tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību.

Galvenie darba pienākumi

  • akūtu un hronisku nefroloģisko pacientu pieņemšana, izmeklēšana un ārstēšana;
  • pacientiem atbilstošas medicīniskās palīdzības nodrošināšana un turpmākās ārstēšanas taktikas noteikšana atbilstoši pacienta veselības stāvoklim;
  • nieru slimību diagnostika, ārstēšana, rehabilitācija un profilakse;
  • pacienta veselības stāvokļa izvērtēšana, ņemot vērā nieru slimību izcelsmi, simptomātiku, saistību ar citu orgānu slimībām, kā arī akūtas un hroniskas nieru aizstājterapijas iespējas;
  • pacientiem saprotamā veidā sniegt informāciju par diagnozi, izmeklējumu un ārstēšanas plānu, kā arī izskaidrot nepieciešamo ārstēšanas taktiku;
